Base is a minimal music player concept created to explore how far a listening experience can be simplified without losing functionality. The goal was to design an interface that feels intuitive from the first interaction while avoiding unnecessary complexity.

The concept focuses on the essentials: browsing music, controlling playback, and enjoying the moment. Visual noise is reduced to a minimum so that the album artwork and playback controls remain the primary focus.

The project was designed in Sketch as a UI exploration, experimenting with dark interfaces, bold accent colors, and a navigation structure that keeps the most important actions within immediate reach.

Base is not about adding more features — it’s about refining the ones that matter.
